Fire Pro Wrestling this Saturday

Fire Pro Wrestling returns Saturday night at Impact Christian Church, 401 W. 82nd Pl., Merrillville. In the main event, the "Aerial Assassin" Roach takes on Cade Lee for Lee's heavyweight title.

Doors open at 6 p.m. Bell time is at 7 p.m.

Table tennis tourney at Lincoln Center

The South Bend Table Tennis Center is sponsoring The Highland Open this Saturday and Sunday at the Lincoln Center. The event is due to attract some of the top players in the nation.

Friday Night Baseball with Mike Coles

Former Purdue standout and Baltimore Orioles draft choice Mike Coles will hold Friday Night Baseball lessons at Dave Griffin's for ages 9-16. Coles, a member of the Windy City Thunderbolts, will offer instruction in hitting, outfield play and base running. The camp will run from Nov. 30 through Dec. 21 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. The cost is $75.

Feast and Festival at All-American

Patti's All-American Gymnastics, 1530 Joliet St., Dyer, will host a "Feast and Festival" Thanksgiving gymnastics camp for girls and boys ages 4-12. The event will take place on Nov. 17 from 5:45 to 9:45 p.m. There will be turkey races, turkey toss and "Ring Around the Cornucopia games, and a dinner. Kids will also be doing gymnastics and making a craft.

John Mallee hitting clinic at Sox Academy

The Northwest Indiana White Sox Training Academy will hold John Mallee's Major League Batting Clinic on Nov. 23 and Nov. 25 at its facility located at 1944 N. Griffith Blvd., Unit D, Griffith. Mallee, the Florida Marlins' hitting coordinator, has been coaching professional baseball for 13 years and was voted Marlins' "Man of the Year" in 2005.

The camp is open to boys and girls ages 9-18. The cost is $99 for the two sessions totaling four hours of instruction.

Basketball leagues at OTSSA

Reservations for adult basketball leagues starting at On The Square Sports Academy in Crown Point are being taken. The cost is $300 per team. A $50 deposit is required to reserve a spot.

Women's basketball league in C.P.

A women's basketball league is forming at Crown Point Health and Fitness Center on Sundays from 1 to 3 p.m. starting on Nov. 25. The weekly fee is $5 per player.

Jr. Mystique looking for girl soccer players

The Junior Mystique girls soccer program is looking for players for its winter indoor/spring outdoor U-12 and U-14 teams. Those interested are invited to come to a pre-existing team training.
